Tips for referees to update their open dates online:

1. The first thing you, as a referee, need to do is to create a referee profile by clicking the "Add a Referee Profile" button (you should see the button after you click the link below on this page).

2. After you click the Add Profile button, you need to fill in all the blanks on the page.   If you do not have a valid value to fill in a given blank, just put in N/A in theblank.  The only exception is that the IHSA Number blank cannot be filled in with N/A.   When filling in the IHSA blank, make sure you filll in the whole 5-digit numbers.  The blank is designed to use all 5 numbers.  After you have filled in all the blanks on the page, click the "ADD ENTRY" button at the bottom of the page to save your profile.  If your entry is successfully saved, you can click the "Return to Home" button to take you back to the Home page. 

3. After you have done creating your referee profile, click the "Update Availability" button to update your open dates.  You will be prompted to enter your IHSA number.  Click the SUBMIT button, a calendar should appear for you to mark the dates that you are NOT available to referee.  Follow the instructions on the top of the page to update your open dates.

4. The "Search Availability" and "Search Referee Profiles" buttons are for internal use only.  You should not have to worry about them.

5. The rest of the buttons are available to you.
